Tranovola restaurant is recommended to enjoy the gastronomy of Madagascar: the Malagasy dishes (the traditional, the royal, the buffet and the “degustation menu” or “the 7 royal dishes”, small portions of specialities served in tiny local pots) and the tropical menu where you will discover that foie gras (duck liver), duck breast, cheeses, local wines… can be produced under the tropics and are really “delicaties” with some spicy touches.
